Nice shot, but I have a suggestion you might not have thought of.
While I like the use of green to tone the picture, the color green evokes a grungy feeling for me. I associate green with poison and toxic things. The picture fits this emotion except for the fact that the teeth are very white and very straight. So the "pure, clean, white, straight" type of emotion I get from the teeth offsets the "grungyness" of the whole thing. Had I done this, I might have stuck with simple black and white. Either that or tried to find a subject with nasty teeth.
However, you have still produced a very interesting image, your lighting and contrast are both awesome. This would be a great stock photo, and with the black negative space in the lower left corner (for text), it could be used for an advertising firm. Cool stuff.
